Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales growth. Key tasks include managing sales pipelines, participating in client meetings, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves developing sales strategies and collaborating with team members to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of sales software tools and CRM systems
Proven time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Previous sales experience, preferably in a similar role, is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include managing sales activities across B2B, B2C, and project sales opportunities while building strong client relationships and contributing to revenue growth.

Identify and engage prospective clients through market research, networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate CRM updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
Develop and support sales strategies that align with revenue targets and market opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and share insights to improve conversion and growth outcomes.

Requirements

Requirements include:

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2B, B2C, project sales, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into customers.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a professional approach to client engagement.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for client meetings, follow-ups, and sales reporting.
Basic proficiency with sales software, CRM systems, and digital tools used to manage pipelines and customer interactions.
Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical sales experience.
