We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to support a people-centered workplace through strong employee relations, practical HR guidance, and consistent execution of core people processes. This lead-level role is ideal for an HR professional with 3+ years of experience who can serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers, helping resolve workplace concerns, interpret policies, support performance conversations, and promote a respectful, inclusive culture. The Human Resource Generalist will play a key role in strengthening employee engagement, ensuring fair and compliant practices, and providing thoughtful support across areas such as onboarding, policy administration, documentation, conflict resolution, and workforce communications. Success in this role requires sound judgment, discretion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance employee advocacy with business needs. The ideal candidate brings confidence in handling sensitive employee relations matters, a collaborative approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to creating a positive employee experience. This position offers the opportunity to influence day-to-day HR operations, partner closely with leaders, and contribute to a workplace where employees feel supported, informed, and empowered to do their best work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals
- Act as advisor to CEO on organizational design, culture, and workforce planning
- Build and lead the HR team as the company grows
2. Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Own hiring strategy for key roles across departments
- Build employer brand + recruitment processes that attract top talent
- Design retention programs, engagement surveys, and exit strategies
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor law / local employment regulations
- Manage payroll, benefits, contracts, and HRIS systems
- Develop HR policies, handbook, SOPs, and keep them updated
4. Performance & Culture
- Implement performance review cycles, and feedback systems
- Drive company culture, and employee engagement
- Handle complex employee relations cases and conflict resolution
5. Learning & Development
- Create L&D programs, onboarding, and leadership development tracks
- Track training ROI and build internal knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in HR, with 3+ years in a leadership/manager role
- Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Psychology. CIPD/SHRM certification is a plus
- Skills: Deep knowledge of labor law, HRIS tools, payroll, talent strategy
- Traits: Strategic thinker, people-first mindset, strong judgment, and data driven.
